Prices fell again, but there were 40 sales in the our speciality communities in the month of July, 2011! Sale prices ranged from $23,000 to $251,900, with an average size of 1476 sq. ft, price of $77,214 and 199 Days on Market (DOM). On Top of the World had the most sales followed by Oak Run, Palm Cay and Stone Creek.
