Homes continue to sell in the Ocala Retirement Communities so now is the time to make your move!

There were 56 sales in the communities we serve in the month of December, 2011!

Sale prices ranged from $26,000 to $189,900, with an average size of 1415 sq. ft, price of $73,666 and 172 Days on Market (DOM).

On Top of the World had the most sales with 16 followed by Oak Run with 13, and Cherrywood and Palm Cay tied at 5 each.
