There were 55 sales in the communities we specialize in for the month of May, 2011! Sale prices range from $23,000 to $225,000, with an average size of 1411 sq. ft, price of $76,361 and 146 Days on Market (DOM). On Top of the World had the most sales followed by Oak Run and Palm Cay.
